Michelle Garza joined The Hay Legal Group PLLC in January 2014 as the Administrative Assistant.

With over 10 plus years of experience in Administration, Customer Service, and Marketing fields in her background and knowledge, she understands the importance of being part of a dependable, reliable and strong support system.

Prior to joining Hay Group Michelle received her Associates in Counseling for the State of Texas; during and thereafter, has been in the Oil and Gas industry for the past eight years.

Being a true Austinite and Texan, Michelle is proud to service her community in any way she can. She believes in quality service with a smile, as well assisting others to the best of her ability. “Guiding people in the way they should go” is her motto.

Paying attention to detail, having outstanding organization skills, being thorough as well as being assertive with her “go-getter” attitude has made her a valuable asset to the firm.
