Craig L. Reid, is a partner at The Hay Legal Group PLLC. Mr. Reid represents represent businesses and individuals in complex civil disputes and transactions. Mr. Reid also provides outside general counsel services, advising on legal compliance, risk management, and pre-litigation dispute resolution.

Mr. Reid has represented clients in industries including software, hardware, ecommerce, health care, construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, finance, insurance, energy, transportation, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, education, entertainment, aviation, and publishing.

Prior to joining Hay Group, Mr. Reid practiced law at a top-ten international law firm and at the former oldest and largest law firm in Austin, Texas.
