Colleen McHale Villarreal, works as a Loan Closer for The Hay Legal Group PLLC. Born in Houston, her family moved to Austin, Texas when she was 9 months old and she has lived here ever since.

She has been in the mortgage industry for over 21 years and specializes in the preparation of loan closing documents. Her work emphasizes understanding of the importance of accuracy and time management while eliminating errors in order to complete a smooth transaction for her clients. Great communication and attention to detail are among her strengths while continuing to be reliable and dedicated in order to excel in customer service.

Colleen is a true Austinite and believes in giving back to her community. She was the event organizer of two charity “Bean Bash & Chili cook offs” and the First ever Armadillo race in Austin at Auditorium Shores with all proceeds going to the Austin Police Monitor. Colleen also remains active in her church, having served as president for two Church fairs and one Halloween carnival, along with teaching Religious education classes while being the director of the Christmas pageant.

Colleen loves spending time with her family, baking, playing volleyball and planning parties!
