The missing precincts affect the vote totals in Congressional District 13, Senate District 30, and House Districts 53, 68, and 74. None of the missing precincts are expected to change the outcome of any of those elections (although there is a remote chance the results could change in Congressional District 23, and House Districts 68, 74, and 80.)
