Hay Compere PLLC Welcomes Craig L. Reid

[AUSTIN, TX]—The law firm of Hay Compere PLLC is pleased to announce that Craig L. Reid has joined the firm as a Partner.

Craig focuses his practice on commercial, construction, and real estate litigation, representing businesses and individuals throughout Texas at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in arbitration and before regulatory agencies.

Craig was recently named a Rising Star by Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers magazines, ranking him in the top 2.5% of Texas attorneys under 40 and in the top 15 young litigators in Austin. Craig is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, which recognizes the best-trained lawyers in the state. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Austin Emerge and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Emerge Fund Development Committee. Craig is active in the Austin arts community, having been a member of the Austin Symphony BATS Board of Directors since 2008 and its current Treasurer. Craig has demonstrated a career-long commitment to pro bono service and has regularly spoken and published on litigation and legal technology issues.

Prior to joining Hay Compere, Craig practiced law at a top-ten international law firm and at the former oldest and largest law firm in Austin, Texas.

Craig is a 2005 honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002, where he graduated with high honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
