Partner Brad Compere Named President of the Board of Trustees for the Austin Division of LLS

[AUSTIN, TX]—The law firm of Hay Compere PLLC (www.haycompere.com) is proud to announce that partner Brad Compere has been named President of the Board of Trustees of the South Central Texas Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. Their mission: to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research worldwide and provides free information and support services.

Mr. Compere has been involved with LLS since 2009, starting with his nomination for LLS Man of the Year, which he ultimately won by raising approximately 10,000 dollars. Every year, candidates are nominated for man or woman of the year and win solely on how much money they can raise for the non-profit. Additionally, for the past two and a half years, Brad has actively served as the Director of the Board of Trustees and Nominating Committee Chair. He is set to begin his two year term as President in June.
